Return Process
Dead On Arrival (DOA):Â If you receive DOA product(s), please contact our customer service team immediately.
Wrong Product(s) Sent:Â If we shipped you the wrong product(s), please contact our customer service team immediately.
7-Day Returns & Exchanges: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date. Your item(s) must be returned unused and in original condition. Returns without prior approval from the Owl Gadget customer service team will not be accepted.
- Returns or exchanges must occur within 14 days of receipt.
- Item(s) must be returned in original condition.
- The tracking number must be provided to us for processing returns or exchanges.
- Any promotional gifts sent with your order must be returned with your order for a refund. The cost of any promotional items not returned will be deducted from the refund total.
Please contact our customer service team to get the return address. We typically process returns within 3 to 5 business days upon arrival of your return package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account. Any return caused by the buyer should be responsible for the shipping fee, which varies depending on your shipping option.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.
Special Notes
- The return shipping fee is non-refundable and should be paid by the buyer, excluding DOA cases or wrong shipment cases.
- Owl Gadget typically resends the item to the buyer via standard shipping (with a tracking number). If you want another faster shipping method, the extra charge should be at your expense.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return or exchange, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing.
- Refund period: 14 working days (If there are other reasons for the delay, please contact our customer service team).
We do not arrange refunds if:
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., failed customs clearance, a natural disaster).
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Replacement items sent to you are non-refundable.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: H. No 729, Tikri Kalan, West Delhi – 110041.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
